About the role

  • You are responsible for independently preparing the monthly payroll for our "TT" employees.
  • You maintain our personnel master data and handle reporting and certification matters.
  • You collaborate with social insurance carriers and authorities and manage all related communications.
  • You support our finance team with tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, dunning processes and payment transactions.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training — ideally with further qualifications in payroll or financial accounting or as a tax clerk.
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in payroll and financial accounting.
  • Confident user of DATEV and MS Office.
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working.
  • Team spirit, discretion and a high degree of responsibility.
