Senior Marketing Operations Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and optimize marketing systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Click Dimensions, and Power BI
- Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance and pipeline impact
- Manage end-to-end lead flow: imports, data quality, scoring, routing, and tracking
- Execute and automate email campaigns and nurture programs
- Design scalable processes across marketing and sales
- Evaluate and implement new tools (including AI) to improve efficiency
- Support website updates and digital campaign execution
- Act as the go-to resource for marketing systems and data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
- Experience in marketing operations, CRM, or marketing technology
- Strong understanding of lead management and campaign execution
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams
- Highly independent, fast-moving, and solution-oriented
