About the role
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to guide design and development
- Create and refine user stories based on research and business requirements
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
- Use Figma, Sketch, and other design tools to produce high-quality mockups
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences
- Proficiency in wireframing and developing user stories
- Hands-on experience with Figma and Sketch
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience translating business requirements into intuitive digital interfaces
- Familiarity with other design tools (Adobe XD, InVision, Miro)
- Experience conducting user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Knowledge of UI design fundamentals and responsive design
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and design sprints
- Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
