About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients who wish to cancel their contracts and implement retention measures.
- Identify their needs and propose appropriate additional solutions or coverages.
- Contact clients with outstanding payments to recover amounts due, handling these cases professionally with a strong focus on service quality.
- No sales canvassing (no outbound solicitation).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial drive and a taste for challenge.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive or conflictual situations professionally.
