About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies together with the Marketing team
- Lead the E2E planning and delivery of diverse and complex experiential activations & brand samplings
- Own and manage events & sampling budgets, including constant monitoring
- Negotiate and manage vendor and venue contracts
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and risk management standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing team
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in event planning & management
- Proven experience managing large-scale, high-budget events for a diverse portfolio
- Strong negotiation, project management, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
