  • Assist clients with numerous contractual arrangements arising during the business lifecycle.
  • Take on the work of contract drafting, review and/or negotiation depending on clients' needs.
  • Work with sophisticated clients around the country and across all industries.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of experience in CAT
  • Experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing and negotiating a variety of vendor and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements;
  • Ability to efficiently research, draft, interpret and summarize commercial and technology contracts;
  • Effective communication and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska;
  • Experience with NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, software license agreements and SaaS agreements;
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials;
  • Related experience in privacy, data security and intellectual property is a plus.
