About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You support the project manager in overseeing, implementing and following up on live communication projects
  • You independently take responsibility for subprojects and progressively grow into full project ownership
  • You coordinate internal and external project stakeholders and maintain close communication with clients
  • You manage schedules, budgets and workflows and always keep an overall view
  • You contribute to process optimization and bring your own ideas to improve quality
  • You work closely with creative, production and external partners
  • You actively expand your network and develop into the central point of contact within the project team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Around 0–2 years of experience in live communication (ideally B2B) or in hospitality or a comparable service-oriented environment
  • Completed training or degree in communications, events or marketing, or vocational training in hospitality/tourism
  • Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
  • High motivation to take on responsibility and to continue developing professionally
  • Confident and personable manner with clients and partners
  • Very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Ideally first knowledge of the Berlin market or interest in building a local network
