Head of Export Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently acquire new distributors and channel partners
- Direct revenue responsibility for the export division and autonomous pricing authority
- Regular presence in target markets, on-site customer relationship management
- Lead and develop a 4–5-person export sales team
- Act as liaison between export markets and internal departments such as product management and procurement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in international B2B sales, ideally with technically complex products that require explanation
- Experience with international tenders and bidding processes
- Some leadership experience and a strong willingness to travel
- Experience in MENA markets — you understand the local practices and know how to build trust there
- Fluent English required; Arabic or French is a clear plus
- Cultural intelligence
- Ability to adapt your approach to different markets
