About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead client engagements at the intersection of data science, AI, and strategy
  • Own projects from scoping through delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of professional experience in quantitative research, marketing, or consulting
  • At least 2 years of experience managing people and teams
  • Superb communication, narrative-building, and presentation skills
  • Ability to present and tell stories with data to engineers and C-suite executives
  • High-quality Python coding skills
  • Comfort with Git and SQL
  • Understanding of data pipelines and ability to bridge technical execution and strategic business goals
  • Expertise implementing and explaining machine learning models, including linear and XGBoost regressions
  • Deep understanding of statistics and probability applied to experimentation and marketing problems
  • Proficiency analyzing large datasets and smaller survey datasets
  • Up-to-date knowledge of data science and AI developments and ability to apply them
  • Proficiency with data engineering tasks and tools
  • Experience in mid- and upper-funnel marketing strategies, causal inference, generative AI applications, or synthetic data is a bonus
