About the role
- Work with various departments to understand recruitment needs
- Develop recruitment strategies and drive outreach activities
- Review résumés and conduct candidate interviews
- Support onboarding and follow-up for new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Management, or related fields;
- More than 4 years of professional experience in technology recruitment roles;
- Strong organizational, planning, and priority-management skills;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel
