About the role
- Ownership of technical designs and implementation of complex features/modules
- Conduct code reviews
- Mentor and support less experienced developers
- Contribute to architecture decisions and drive standards
- Measure, analyze and systematically improve existing systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong English skills; German optional
- Structured, independent working style and clear communication (remote team)
- Experience writing maintainable PHP code with the Laravel framework or other modern frameworks
- Frontend development with Vue.js or similar frameworks
- Database optimization and analysis
