About the role

  • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML markup languages to create easy-to-use web pages.
  • Determine the structure and design of web pages ensuring user experience determines design choices.
  • Develop features to enhance the user experience, striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement innovative solutions that meet business and user needs.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure web design is optimized for smartphones.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the front-end and back-end systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of React.js
  • Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in jQuery
  • Experience in WordPress will be a plus.
  • Experience in version control systems like Git and repository hosting services like Bitbucket
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
  • Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
