- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in all tax-related matters.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development.
- Drive firm growth through active participation in business development and management initiatives.
- Exhibit industry and technical expertise in accounting and tax principles, while demonstrating strong research and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic operating system knowledge.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated abilities in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, relationship building, leadership, project management, and business development.
- Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work option, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work based in Wooster.
