About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
- Assist in repairs and maintenance of complex equipment under supervision
- Conduct lubrication, cleaning, and visual inspections
- Follow safety protocols including LOTO and PPE requirements
- Support maintenance operations through basic mechanical and electrical tasks
- Assist senior technicians
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Work the weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6 AM–6 PM
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork
- Time management and reliability
- Preferred: exposure to PLCs, HVAC, plumbing, and welding
- Preferred: familiarity with CMMS systems
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Basic hydraulic and pneumatics troubleshooting
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Preventive maintenance procedures
- Ability to follow LOTO and PPE requirements
