About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Assist in repairs and maintenance of complex equipment under supervision
  • Conduct lubrication, cleaning, and visual inspections
  • Follow safety protocols including LOTO and PPE requirements
  • Support maintenance operations through basic mechanical and electrical tasks
  • Assist senior technicians
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Work the weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6 AM–6 PM

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Time management and reliability
  • Preferred: exposure to PLCs, HVAC, plumbing, and welding
  • Preferred: familiarity with CMMS systems
  • Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Basic hydraulic and pneumatics troubleshooting
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
  • Preventive maintenance procedures
  • Ability to follow LOTO and PPE requirements
