About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support maintenance operations by performing basic mechanical and electrical tasks

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and reliability
- Exposure to PLCs, HVAC, plumbing, and welding (preferred)
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (preferred)

- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics (preferred)
