About the role
- New customer acquisition and successful sales activities in the waste management sector with a focus on special waste
- Preparing quotations and cost calculations
- Developing waste management concepts
- Participating in tender/bid processes
- Maintaining existing customer relationships
- Recording and tracking quotations and orders
- Providing customer advice by phone
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training with excellent results in chemistry, waste management, or a commercial/business background
- Professional experience in the waste disposal industry, particularly in the area of special waste, is highly desirable
- Confident negotiation skills and a positive demeanor
- Customer- and results-oriented mindset and approach
- Targeted, independent, and closing-oriented way of working
- Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to maintain an overview during turbulent times
- Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
