About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of integrated CPQ solutions and processes in close collaboration with business partners and global process owners.
  • Create, extend and roll out templates for Knauf entities worldwide.
  • Advise on optimizing CPQ processes and design IT-driven solutions to meet availability and quality targets.
  • Define technical specifications for software development (e.g., standards, design patterns, test cases, scenarios) and manage the lifecycle of the implemented solutions.
  • Analyze new features from regular CPQ releases by the software vendor, identify market best practices, and support agile implementation and acceptance processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience designing, implementing and improving IT-driven CPQ processes in multinational industrial organizations (in-house or external).
  • Expertise in CPQ implementations and the ability to identify challenges in integrated process design and interactions with adjacent processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or other leading CPQ platforms and their integration into end-to-end customer and user experiences, as well as with other corporate IT solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience defining technical specifications and managing solution lifecycles.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
