Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the strategic direction and development of the entire IT infrastructure and digital processes
Lead the IT team with empathy and clarity
Ensure the smooth operation of the IT environment with approximately 200 workstations
Initiate and lead forward-looking IT projects
Advise management and departments on architecture and infrastructure matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (business) computer science or a solid IT qualification with relevant further training
Several years of experience in IT administration
Leadership experience
Knowledge of Windows Server, cloud solutions such as M365 and Azure, virtualization and networks
Solution-oriented personality with initiative and clear communication skills
Enjoys change and digitalization
