About the role
- Provision of technical safety support in accordance with the German Occupational Safety Act (Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz) for Klinikum Hanau GmbH and the City of Hanau administration
- Contributing to the preparation of risk assessments and safety operating instructions
- Advising and training managers and employees on occupational safety
- Conducting workplace inspections and preparing the necessary documentation
- Attending meetings and participating in committees
- Supporting the implementation of quality management (QM)
Requirements
- Qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit)
- Degree in a technical field (Diploma, Master’s, Bachelor’s) or an equivalent professional bachelor's qualification
- Relevant professional experience in occupational health and safety
- Good MS Office skills
- Willingness to become proficient in specialized software
- Teamwork, commitment, strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
