About the role
- Care for general, visceral, vascular and trauma surgical procedures as well as gynecological and obstetric operations
- Patient care and preparation of the operating theatres
- Ensuring patient safety during procedures
- Electronic documentation and reordering of supplies
- Working as part of an interdisciplinary team of trainees and experienced professionals
Requirements
- Completed training as a Surgical Technician (OTA) or Registered Nurse
- Professional experience in OR nursing
- Additional specialist training (ideal)
- Ability to assert oneself and present professional arguments within interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to act effectively in emergency situations
- Strong communication skills and flexible team orientation
