About the role
- Support of patients during surgical procedures.
- Support of all OR workflows in pre- and post-operative preparation.
- Close collaboration with all professional groups.
- Significant contribution to the interprofessional OR team.
- Responsibility for preparing, stocking and clearing the operating rooms.
- Participation in on-call and standby duty.
Requirements
- Completed training as an Operating Room Surgical Assistant (OTA) or specialized training as a nurse in OR nursing.
- Willingness to pursue further in-service training, desirable.
- Combination of team spirit, initiative, composure and assertiveness.
- Professional work approach and enjoyment in caring for patients.
