About the role
- Procurement of office and consumable supplies as well as stock items
- Handling of internal and external complaints
- Invoice processing and follow-up on purchase orders
- Maintenance of master data in our IT system (Orbis)
- Participation in cross-departmental objectives (digitalization, process optimization)
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Initial professional experience in operational purchasing or in a hospital is an advantage
- Solid IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Strong German language skills
- Ideally: experience with the industry-specific software Orbis
- Independent, structured and committed working style
