About the role
- Central role in providing support and advice for a clearly defined group of locations and departments
- Close collaboration with various teams to implement HR strategies effectively
- Ownership of the entire recruiting process – from job posting and applicant management to interviews
- Handling all related administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and certificates, maintaining the digital personnel file, and managing the digital time-tracking system
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Proactive participation in operational, strategic, and cross-functional HR projects
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience
- Professional experience in HR, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Confident use of common MS Office programs and HR software, ideally Personio, Softgarden, and Planerio
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- High social competence, empathy, and team orientation
- Independent and structured working style
