About the role

  • Central role in providing support and advice for a clearly defined group of locations and departments
  • Close collaboration with various teams to implement HR strategies effectively
  • Ownership of the entire recruiting process – from job posting and applicant management to interviews
  • Handling all related administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and certificates, maintaining the digital personnel file, and managing the digital time-tracking system
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Proactive participation in operational, strategic, and cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience
  • Professional experience in HR, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Confident use of common MS Office programs and HR software, ideally Personio, Softgarden, and Planerio
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes
  • Strong communication and advisory skills
  • High social competence, empathy, and team orientation
  • Independent and structured working style
