About the role
- SEA analyses / audits / strategies & consulting
- Management and optimization of assigned budgets; active participation in the budget planning process, creating forecasts
- Keyword research, target group and persona definition
- Creation of various assets (we also have a creative team for this)
- Google Ads and Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising setup
- Optimization and further development of SEA campaigns (Performance Max, Google Shopping and Demand Gen)
- Optimization of eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
- Conversion tracking setup including attribution
- Google Shopping setup and optimization including product data optimization, using appropriate tools
- Preparation of reports and presentations, including compilation of metrics / KPIs
- Consulting for clients and key accounts for large accounts with over 100 campaigns running simultaneously
- Monitoring of metrics and budgets with respect to SEO performance
- Identification of usability and conversion potential for landing pages
- Market, competitor and trend monitoring
Requirements
- Completed degree in business or a comparable degree / vocational training
- Decisiveness, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Strong affinity for online and digital topics
- Sense for design and layout as well as for factual and marketing copy
- Ability to work precisely, reliably and results-oriented under time pressure
- Professional, business-appropriate demeanor toward colleagues, clients and partners
- Experience in B2B and B2C SEO, ideally also in eCommerce SEO
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Drive/Slides/Sheets, various SEO tools
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Class B driver's license
- NICE-TO-HAVE: 1-2 years of experience in SEA / Google Ads
- Enthusiasm and creativity
- Experience with Google Data Studio, Google Ads Scripts, Google Ads rules
- Knowledge and operation of SEA bid management tools, click fraud tools, and product data optimization
- Technical competence (HTML, ideally also server-side knowledge for technical optimization)
