About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Client Consulting & Strategy: You are the primary contact for your clients and, together with your squad, develop data-driven online marketing strategies across multiple channels. You take on responsibility quickly — backed by an experienced team that supports and mentors you.
  • Cross-Channel Thinking: You don’t work in silos. You understand how disciplines (SEA, Paid Social, SEO/GEO, Content, CRO, Web Analytics) interact and you orchestrate them into a consistent customer journey — from first click to conversion.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: You keep an eye on the relevant KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, etc.), spot patterns in GA4, ad platforms and other data sources, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for your clients.
  • Project Coordination: You keep the threads together in your projects, coordinate with specialists from each channel and ensure that strategy is turned into execution.
  • AI Enablement: In our own “AI Lab” we identify new use cases. You actively use generative AI to optimize workflows, iterate analyses and concepts, and arrive at better decisions faster.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have approximately 1–3 years of practical experience in online marketing — agency or in-house, as a generalist or with an initial focus (e.g., SEA, Paid Social, SEO or Content).
  • You enjoy client consulting and preparing and presenting complex topics in an easy-to-understand way.
  • You think in metrics: ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and customer lifetime value are not foreign to you.
  • Analytical thinking and a love of data are in your DNA.
  • You bring a solid foundational knowledge across multiple marketing disciplines and want to understand how everything works together — you will deepen your channel-specific expertise with us.
  • You are strong in communication, enjoy presenting and like translating data into compelling stories — in German and English.
  • You are not afraid of mistakes; you enjoy hypothesis-driven testing and learn from every outcome.
  • Above all: you are eager to keep developing and to grow beyond your current limits.
