About the role

  • Design, develop and industrialize innovative AI solutions based on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, NLP and Multi-Agent architectures
  • Contribute to interactions with business teams: scoping and analyzing their needs, feasibility studies, participation in client workshops
  • Ensure methodological and technical quality of projects
  • Participate in change management: deployment, training, user support
  • Advise and support clients in identifying business cases, raising awareness of their data assets, and implementing data governance (responsibilities, permissions, security, …)
  • Work closely with Klee’s team of data scientists, data engineers and other specialists
  • Take part in technology watch on data science and AI
  • Support the commercial development of the practice: involvement in pre-sales, estimations, pitches, demonstrations
  • Take part in internal and external communications: leading experience-sharing sessions, webinars, conferences, writing blog posts, white papers…
  • Help manage relationships with our partners (partnerships, training, certifications, commercial leads, tracking new releases, participating in partner/user communities…)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (engineering or Master 2) or PhD in Computer Science, AI or a related field
  • 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist
  • 4–8 years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), Statistical Analysis, Deep Learning, and building data value pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP or Databricks
  • Proficiency in Python and associated libraries (e.g. OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Pandas…)
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps practices and versioning tools (Git, Jira, Terraform, Kubernetes)
  • Certifications in AI tools are a plus
  • Experience with Agile projects
  • Clear communication (technical & business), synthesis skills
  • Ability to collaborate in French and English (written and spoken)
