Key responsibilities & impact

During an intensive onboarding period, you will build your own customer base through active outreach and telephone-based new customer acquisition and identify customer potential
You will persuade stakeholders at C-level, engaging with owners, managing directors and decision-makers on an equal footing
Your day-to-day work includes exciting customer research, new client acquisition, and efficient customer meetings via video calls

What you’ll need

You are a graduate or career changer and eager to build a career
Completed commercial vocational training, a degree, or equivalent qualification
Some initial experience in sales, retail, or promotional activities is an advantage
You enjoy negotiations and sales conversations, and you welcome the challenge of cold calling
With your communication skills and open manner, you convince customers to collaborate
You are goal-oriented and results-driven in your work approach
You can work independently while still being a team player
Business-fluent German, both spoken and written
