About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and advance digitization initiatives across industrial units;
Ensure governance and support of digital solutions, primarily Power Apps;
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various organizational levels;
Serve as the interface between business areas and IT to prioritize and implement improvements;
Lead the Digital Pillar using agile methodologies, ensuring continuous evolution of solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Experience with operational excellence methodologies, preferably TPM or WCM;
Experience in an industrial environment;
Experience with Business Intelligence and data analysis;
Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards (DAX and M language);
Development and maintenance of Power Apps applications (low-code);
Experience with data modeling and structuring;
Experience in process digitization;
Experience interfacing with IT or Analytics teams.
