About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The main activities are related to transportation, including direct contact with carriers, checking vehicle availability, and monitoring the loading status of materials.
Monitoring, including tracking vehicle signals and ensuring compliance with speed limits.
Monitoring via Tracken: checking estimated delivery times, identifying potential delays, and addressing any issues with invoices or related documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma.
Experience in logistics (cargo monitoring) is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Availability to work the afternoon shift on a 6x1 schedule, from 13:40 to 22:00, Monday to Saturday; Saturdays are remote (home office) only, Monday to Friday on-site in Tijuco Preto/Jundiaí.
