Key responsibilities & impact

Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, ensuring installations are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of highly complex semiconductor capital equipment
Collaborate cross-functionally with KLA regions, engineering, and customer teams to verify system performance and transfer tool ownership
Provide clear status updates to all stakeholders throughout the installation process
Complete installation documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time
Secure warranty sign-off on newly installed tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical systems
Experience with high-vacuum systems strongly preferred
Comfort working with computer systems, operating systems, and networking (Windows, Unix, or similar environments)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to work effectively across cultures, functions, and geographies
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
