About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for legal and administrative roles, including aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers through to hiring and onboarding;
  • Perform active sourcing (headhunting), resume screening, competency-based interviews, administer technical assessments and prepare reports for hiring managers;
  • Maintain and update talent pools;
  • Manage pre-employment processes, integration and onboarding;
  • Prepare and monitor HR metrics;
  • Ensure compliance of processes, promoting best practices and alignment with internal policies and company culture;
  • Identify training needs and deliver development programs and learning paths;
  • Participate in Diversity programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience working in HR for law firms or consultancies serving law firms;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
