About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drafting minutes for internal and external meetings;
- Reviewing and organizing documents;
- Monitoring legal proceedings, including checking case progress and managing deadlines;
- Conducting case law and doctrinal research;
- Assisting with external diligences (courts, notary offices, police stations and public agencies);
- Preparing and requesting judicial and extrajudicial certificates;
- Assisting in drafting low-complexity court filings, under supervision;
- Conducting reputational research (background checks) and supporting third‑party integrity due diligence;
- Supporting the analysis of data and information from whistleblower/reporting channels;
- Assisting in the drafting and review of policies, codes of conduct and other compliance documents;
- Supporting the preparation of investigation reports and compliance memoranda;
- Using public databases and research tools to gather registry, corporate and case-related information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Law degree program, preferably in the 2nd or 3rd year;
- Interest in Corporate Criminal Law, Compliance and Investigations;
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proactive and collaborative/team-oriented;
- Advanced English (reading and writing required).
