About the role
- Support SPTS division software team with troubleshooting, CIP implementation, technical info consulting
- Communication with customer tool owners, IT and Automation teams
- Coordinate with Technical Support and Customer Service teams on issue escalations
- Manage resolution plans with customers, in alignment with the SPTS division software team
- Collection and analysis of diagnostic data
- Actively involved in root cause fault analysis
- Reporting out on software quality metrics
Requirements
- Over 3 years working experience at SEMI conductor industry
- Major in EE/ME/CS or engineering related degree
- Mandatory to be able to communicate technically in local language and English
- Experience of SPTS 200mm/300mm equipment, including Factory Automation integration
- Experience of equipment software/hardware support and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of 200mm/300mm Automation related SEMI standards
- Knowledge/experience of PVD/Etch process over 2 years is a plus
