- KLA Advogados’ Capital Markets Practice has substantial experience in all types of securities transactions, from the simplest deals to the most complex securities operations that require highly creative and sophisticated solutions. We cover the entire spectrum of capital markets products (debt transactions, high-yield, derivatives and structured financings, securitization, and investment funds).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Debt offerings and structured financings
- Investment funds and asset management
- Capital markets advisory and regulatory matters
- Public offerings of real estate receivables certificates (CRI)
- Public offerings of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA)
- Transactional audits/due diligence
Benefits

- Postgraduate degree in related areas will be considered a plus
