About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Installation/upgrade/technical support of 5DA product
- Project management for beta and product adoption at customer site
- Support HQ and local Business Unit to achieve their business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Computer H/W knowledge, Server/Storage/Network administration
- Understanding of UNIX/Linux
- Programming skill (C#/Python/PowerShell/Linux shell script are plus)
- Oracle database knowledge (administration and PL/SQL are plus)
- Experience with Litho /APC, K-T Analyzer or 5D Analyzer
- Good problem solving skills are required
- 1~3 years of working experiences is preferred
- 50% Domestic or up to 30% International travel required
