Management of service planning system data input connectivity, monitoring, and governance
Identify and document requirements for data feed and data management improvements
Work with internal and external teams to complete successful development and implementation
Evaluate the impact of configuration changes on downstream planning, execution, and reporting
Develop data quality monitoring metrics, reports, dashboards etc
Perform ad hoc analytics using a variety of tools and data sources
Define and/or develop analytical tools in Power BI and other data visualization technologies
Develop and implement functional testing for configuration changes, new features, and improvements
Validate planning outputs against business expectations and real‑world results
Maintain clear documentation of system configuration, planning logic, assumptions, and data develop
Support knowledge transfer, training, and enablement for business users and partners
Act as an authority for the service inventory planning system

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
Database management and/or experience with large data-intensive enterprise systems
Experience with service inventory planning systems such as Prophet by Baxter Planning, PTC SPM or equivalent
Hands-on experience configuring or supporting forecasting, inventory optimization, or supply operations in a service environment
Experience translating business requirements into system logic, parameters, or configurations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
Proficiency with Excel and analytical tools; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
Understanding of inventory planning concepts such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, service levels, transactional automation and reporting
