- Identify customer technical needs from both advanced technical nodes and advanced packaging areas.
- Offer SensArray solutions to win business and support customer needs.
- Well-understand SensArray product knowledge & sales process to bridge customer and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities, risks under ambiguity customer environment, and develop strategy to manage account.
- Build and deepen customer relationships with internal high-level management team.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals.
- Responsible for KLA product shipment slots management on assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Master's Level Degree and 1 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2-3 years.
- Experience of working with matrix team to achieve business objectives.
- Equipped with dealing partners in complex implementation projects, including product division and customers.
- Demonstrated track record in exceeding sales goals.
- Mobility of local business travel.
- Proficient in Excel and skilled in using Power BI and AI tools to quickly extract and parse data from multiple files.
