About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IDAM strategy aligned with enterprise security, compliance, and operational goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of IDAM professionals and engineers responsible for access provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and authentication services
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of key technologies including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and business units to ensure identity policies and controls meet regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, NIST CSF)
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for identity and access management
  • Monitor and respond to emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance risks within the IDAM landscape
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on identity-related risks, trends, and investments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 12+ years of dynamic experience in identity and access management with large multinational organization (>15K employee base is preferred)
  • Confirmed experience implementing and leading enterprise IAM platforms and tools
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, NIST)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle complex projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
  • Experience with the following products, services and tools: Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta , Seclore, PKI, Cloud security, Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk) are a plus.
