About the role
- Prototype unique visuals that explore the limits of AI imaging tools and spark new visual trends
- Craft next-level prompts: create and refine prompts that make AI tools intuitive and valuable for real design work
- Work fast and iterate often: test, refine, and improve ideas quickly, balancing craft with impact
- Collaborate with world-class creatives and contribute work used by millions of designers globally
- Deliverables for engagement: add 6 styles to Kittl’s platform library (project length 4 weeks, potential ongoing work)
- Participate in selection process: portfolio review, 15-minute recruiter interview, practical assignment using Kittl
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience with AI tools for image generation and prompt engineering (non-negotiable)
- Strong visual design sense and willingness to explore unconventional ideas
- Ownership mindset: initiative-taking, experimental, and ability to push beyond the obvious
- Curious and eager to expand expertise in AI tools for a creative audience
- Ability to craft and refine prompts for real design work
- Ability to work fast, iterate often, and balance craft with impact
- Must complete practical assignment: create one original AI-generated illustration using Kittl
