About the role

  • Act as a key point of contact for project delivery within two enterprise accounts, managing timelines and expectations.
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of quarterly deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and meet our quality standards.
  • Build and maintain transparent project plans, including timelines, risk registers, and status updates, to ensure accountability across the team.
  • Coordinate internal resources to remove blockers and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers—proactively reporting on progress, issues, and risks during delivery reviews.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon obligations and help resolve scope questions with professionalism and Business Strategy in mind.
  • Apply structured methodologies to improve team outputs and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer feedback is accurately tracked and shared with internal teams to drive future value.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in project management, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • A Results-Oriented mindset with a track record of managing technical workstreams for high-value clients.
  • Solid understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and report clearly in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and a comfort level working through ambiguity.
  • Experience working effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and Google Suite. Experience using AI to automate processes or improve efficiency is a significant plus.
