About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive strategic innovation and transformation initiatives in the space of AI, RPA & Data Science
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application developers
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and develop innovation strategies
Monitor industry trends and provide insights for new initiatives
Identify areas of opportunities for cost savings within the team
Provide technical leadership on application architecture
Promote a culture of continuous improvement using agile methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of experience in application development & transformation roles
3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role
Proven experience managing software development teams
Strong expertise in solution & technical architecture principles & philosophies
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
Knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and database design
Experience in RPA, Data Science & other cutting edge technologies/platforms
Fluent in English
