• Create platform-native, engaging visual and short-form content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X
• Convert social engagement into qualified prospects and contribute to qualified pipeline
• Execute 60% of role (execution), 30% strategy, 10% internal collaboration
• Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with product, creator success, demand gen, and marketing team
• Conduct social audits and competitive analysis; develop platform-specific content strategies and 90-day content calendar with KPIs
• Shadow customer interviews and use creator success stories to fuel authentic social content
• Implement social lead generation strategies, optimize performance with analytics, and iterate on campaigns
• Launch high-impact campaigns (e.g., viral-worthy) to expand reach and support revenue goals and shorten sales cycle
• Manage content planning, project timelines, and execution at scale
