Follow instructions, referencing documentation, prudently troubleshooting as needed and escalating with questions or concerns

Familiarity with key media protocols, including SRT, RTMP, and HLS
High level understanding of livestream issues and troubleshooting methods (framerate discrepancies, dropped packets, artifacting, etc.)
Demonstrated history of problem solving abilities during live events or facing tight deadlines
