About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and scale organic product growth in the AI photo editing/image editing space through social media
Develop and implement an organic social media growth strategy focused on reach, engagement, and installs
Generate and systematically test content hypotheses for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Analyze competitors, trends, and effective formats; adapt and scale successful approaches
Create and implement automation processes for posting, content production, and basic analytics
Track and interpret views, CTR, conversions, and installs to guide decisions and optimize strategy
Launch a new growth channel from scratch, establish systematic processes, and directly influence product and business growth
Potentially build and lead a team as the channel scales

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience working with TikTok and/or Instagram Reels as growth channels for mobile products
Understanding of social media algorithms, virality, and trends
Ability to identify formats with growth potential
Experience systematically testing hypotheses
Experience working with growth metrics: views, CTR, installs, and conversions
Ability to create content that delivers business results, not only views
Independence and ownership of results
Strategic thinking and ability to build processes
Creativity and proactivity
Desire to develop a new growth channel
