About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct in-depth advisory consultations on the economic and tax attractiveness of Agri‑PV direct investments (focus: IAB / § 7g EStG - German investment allowance).
Professionally manage and close qualified inbound inquiries — strong focus on deal closing.
Build partnerships with intermediaries such as tax advisors and family offices, and drive outbound new-business development and networking.
Coordinate interfaces between investors, banks and internal specialist departments, as required.
Actively contribute to shaping sales standards within the new Invest unit.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in investment sales of real estate, solar/PV investments or comparable capital investment products.
Confident handling of tax-optimized investment products (IAB expertise is a plus).
Ideally a background in finance, banking or real estate (vocational training or degree), although multi-year experience and relevant knowledge in a comparable role are more important to us.
Proven success in closing high-ticket deals and advising demanding/affluent clients.
Strong financial-mathematical understanding for cashflow models and return calculations.
Knowledge of § 34f GewO (German brokerage regulation) is a welcome plus but not mandatory.
