About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Placement of Agri‑PV projects as direct PV investments with high‑net‑worth private investors.
Conducting well‑founded advisory meetings on the economic and tax attractiveness of Agri‑PV direct investments.
Professional handling and closing of qualified inbound inquiries – focus on closing.
Building partnerships with multipliers such as tax advisors and family offices, as well as outbound new client acquisition and networking.
Coordinating interfaces between investors, banks and internal specialist departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in investment sales of real estate, solar/PV investments or comparable capital investments.
Confident handling of tax‑optimized investment products (ideally with IAB expertise).
Ideally a background in finance, banking or real estate (training or degree) – however, several years’ experience and proven knowledge in a comparable role are more important to us.
Demonstrable success in high‑ticket closings and advising sophisticated clients.
Financial‑mathematical understanding of cash‑flow models and return calculations.
Knowledge of § 34f GewO is a welcome plus but not required.
