About the role

  • Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions applied to real business problems
  • Create, test, and iterate conversational AI agents
  • Orchestrate automated workflows using n8n
  • Integrate multiple APIs (WhatsApp, CRMs, telephony, databases, and others)
  • Apply language models (LLMs) in practical business contexts
  • Work end-to-end: from conception to delivery of functional solutions
  • Ensure technical quality of deliverables, maintaining a low bug rate
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into efficient AI solutions
  • Document workflows, integrations, and automation best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience developing AI solutions applied to business needs
  • Advanced experience with n8n (workflow orchestration)
  • Advanced experience with API integrations (WhatsApp, CRMs, telephony, databases)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python
  • Knowledge of language models (LLMs), including prompting, context handling, and embeddings
  • Ability to structure conversational flows and complex automations
  • Organized, autonomous, and responsible regarding deliverables
