About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage the content pipeline across social channels (LinkedIn as the primary focus)
- Generate, adapt, and scale content using AI tools (ideas, variations, formats, distribution)
- Turn internal expertise into strong B2B content narratives
- Coordinate subject matter experts (interviews, insights, inputs, reviews)
- Run LinkedIn outreach: identify relevant founders, operators, and decision-makers; initiate first contact and conversations; drive engagement around product insights and content
- Continuously test content formats and double down on what works
- Improve content strategy based on performance and feedback loops
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong user of AI tools in daily content production
- Experience in content creation, SMM, or growth marketing (B2B is a strong plus)
- Excellent English writing skills (B2B/LinkedIn tone)
- Comfortable communicating with external experts and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a growth and outbound channel
- Ownership mindset: you don’t wait for tasks, you create opportunities
- Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS/fintech/tech environments
- Understanding of growth marketing principles
- Experience managing personal or company LinkedIn pages
- Ability to build systems, not just produce content
