About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in end-to-end deployment of the production scheduling tool
Conduct deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions
Develop requirements specification documentation
Collaborate with agile team members on configuration and implementation of Maestro software
Translate business requirements into Kinaxis Maestro software specifications
Support senior team members in solving complex business problems
Participate in data management and integration activities, including data transformation, loading, cleanup and validation
Train customer end users on configured solutions
Provide technical support and resolve issues, escalating to senior team members as needed
Support solution validation and testing and capture user feedback
Guide and mentor junior consultants on projects
Perform other reasonable project-related tasks assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Sound knowledge in Supply Chain concepts especially scheduling with 6+ years of experience
Strong intent to learn our first in class product “Maestro”
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and coordinate with members at all levels in an organization
Highly adaptable professional, able to embrace teamwork in diverse and evolving work environments
Capability to lead by example and think innovatively
Ability to solve complex problems, think critically and make sound judgment decisions
Passion for customer-facing roles requiring high-level interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, verbally and in writing
Technical skills such as SQL, R, JavaScript and Python
Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis, SAP or JDA is an added advantage
