About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and product managers to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Conduct project kickoff meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks and responsibilities
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and identify and mitigate risks and issues
Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and escalate issues to senior management
Document and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, test cases, and issue logs
Leverage lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project management team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business or related post-secondary education
8-10 years demonstrated progressive experience in project management
Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience working through the full project life cycle, including identifying and defining project scopes and goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and negotiate to a desired outcome
Experience working with a variety of stakeholders at various levels
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence
Ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical audiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
